Our Group Activities

First Class

Group Lifting

A more traditional group activity, which is led by our superior trainers. Hit the weights and get at it in this group activity that blends many forms of weightlifting. Olympic lifts, H.I.I.T, and everything in-between our group lifts will have you improving all facets of your fitness. The rotating workouts will also keep both boredom and plateauing from ever bothering you.

Second Training

Group Spin

Spinning is one of the best cardio workouts around and an excellent addition to any workout. Climb those hills, race through those corners, and hit top speed! Our Spin groups help you get your heart racing and blood pumping. Get the very best out of your ride as our trainers push you to keep pedaling.

Third Class

Group Yoga

Balance, peace, and flexibility are just a few cores of Yoga. Our group Yoga helps calm and expand your mind and ease the body of aches and pains. Growing muscles need to stay long and loose, our yoga masters help you unlock your full potential by keeping your body balanced. Experience all-new levels of fitness with Magni Group Yoga, Namaste!

Fourth Training

Group Dance

Our newest group activity centered around the idea that fitness comes in many different ways. A fast-filling group with a trained dance instructor, turning the studio into a ballroom, dance hall, or nightclub. Join in and get moving with the music, learn a new skill, and get fit ALL IN ONE!

Group Spin

Hannah S.

Hannah is a two-year trainer with Magni, she comes with an unmatched passion for helping others. She leads many groups but has taken over our Group Spin, and has pushed our Spin to new levels.

Group Lift

Akeem H.

Akeem is a five-year trainer with Magi, capable of getting every last bit of energy out of you. Been the leader of our Group Lift for three years, molding the workouts to help hit every part of your body.

Group Yoga

Alexis O.

Alexis is a two-year trainer with Magni, all leading Group Yoga, she provides a calming and inviting atmosphere. She is an ex-Gymnast turned Yogi she can help you keep long muscles and a healthy body.
